By using ShopSure, you agree to these Terms of Service. ShopSure is a scam-prevention tool that helps you identify potential scam warning signs before you buy online.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

To use ShopSure’s scanning and check features, you need to create an account with a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use ShopSure only for its intended purpose: checking websites and products for potential scam warning signs.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass scan limits, reverse-engineer the analysis, or use the service to harass or defame any business.

When you submit a website URL, ShopSure checks it for potential scam warning signs and provides a scam-risk assessment.

The assessment is based on available information at the time of the check and may not reflect changes that occur later.

When you upload photos of a product, ShopSure analyzes them for potential scam and safety warning signs.

The analysis is based on what is visible in the images and publicly available information. It is not a definitive assessment of authenticity or safety.

ShopSure provides risk information and indicators to help you make more informed decisions. Our assessments are based on available signals and evidence.

ShopSure does NOT guarantee that:

• A website is safe or unsafe.

• A product is genuine or counterfeit.

• A seller is legitimate or fraudulent.

• A transaction will be safe.

• You will never be scammed.

A scam-risk score is an indicator, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

ShopSure may provide typical market price information for products you scan. This is intended as a potential warning sign — an unusually low price can sometimes indicate a scam.

Price information is gathered from available sources and may not be complete or accurate. Price alone does not prove that a product is a scam, counterfeit, or unsafe.

ShopSure shows the evidence behind each assessment so you can understand why a particular risk score was given.

Evidence is based on available information and signals. ShopSure does not invent evidence, statistics, reviews, or sources. Only evidence that the system actually has is displayed.

ShopSure is an AI-assisted analysis tool. It is not infallible and may not detect every scam. It may also occasionally flag legitimate businesses.

You should always use your own judgment and take additional steps to protect yourself when shopping online, such as using secure payment methods and keeping records of your transactions.

ShopSure offers paid subscription plans with different scan limits and analysis features. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected plan on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us through the Contact page.

Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by this policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the URLs and images you submit for analysis.

You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions. ShopSure is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgment.

ShopSure, its name, logo, and software are the property of ShopSure. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.

Assessment results and evidence are provided for your personal use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You can delete your account at any time through your profile.

ShopSure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopSure is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or from purchasing decisions you make based on our assessments.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every scam.

We may update or change ShopSure and these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes to the Terms, we will notify you through the app or by email where appropriate.
